Free: Dog-eared picket tops (Belleville, IL) Expired 127d - I have a TON of these from a recent fence installation. They’re all about 5” tall, 5.5” wide. Neighbors have already taken a ton of them for landscaping edging for flower beds, but I still have SO many more. Planning on tossing them next week, so FCFS.

Request: Old wooden windows (Belleville, IL) Expired 162d - Making a Christmas present for my fiancé and I need to get a few old wooden windows for it. Lead paint, broken panes, etc. aren’t a problem, I’m handy and I’ll work with whatever I can get. Included photo is the style I’m looking for (though the actual number of panes is irrelevant).

Free: Misc Bricks (Belleville, IL) Expired 238d - You want bricks? We’ve got bricks. And by that I mean we found a buried patio in the backyard and had to dig up so. Many. Bricks. The hard part’s already done—all I ask is that if you want them, you take all of them. There’s this pile and then another pile that’s approximately the same size. You can have the cinderblocks too if you want them.

Free: Fill rock/concrete chunks (Belleville, IL) Expired 239d - Free fill rock/concrete chunks to anyone who wants them! We’re currently tearing up an old, broken sidewalk from our yard in Belleville, and I figured I’d see if anyone would want the aggregate chunks for free fill rock before I go through the trouble of disposing of it all. It’s good quality aggregate, broken into various sized manageable pieces, and there’s plenty of it. You will absolutely need a pickup truck or trailer to take all of it, but it’s free to anyone who’s willing to come pick it up. The sidewalk was approximately 90 feet long, 2.5 feet wide, and between 4-6” deep depending on the section.

Request: Sewing Materials (Belleville, IL) Expired 322d - Doing some spring/summer cleaning and clearing out old sewing supplies? I’ll take them off your hands! This also applies to any old (clean) sheets or curtains you are no longer using! Looking for fabric, thread, or any other sewing/embroidery supplies you have kicking around and aren’t using anymore. My boyfriend wants to learn to sew, so I’m picking up sewing again for the first time since I was 14, and the majority of my previous supplies were given away to my out-of-state sisters long ago. Unfortunately my machine died in the middle of teaching this past week (and is not repairable), so I am also looking for a machine that is working or has repairable issues. Request: Clamps (Belleville, IL) Expired 1y - In need of clamps or vices for woodworking—they don’t have to be pretty, they just need to function. Free: Misc Trash Day Find (Belleville, IL) Expired 1y - On Lincolnshire in Belleville. Can’t fit the dresser in my car otherwise I would have grabbed it to restore it. There’s some misc broken chair parts but also an intact striped chair and some other random stuff. Guy is super nice and actually came out to offer to help me when I was grabbing an end table that was there.

Request: Wood furniture (Belleville, IL) Expired 1y - I enjoy upcycling old furniture as a hobby— if it’ll fit in my car (or I can arrange a reasonable dropoff), I’ll take it! (I do occasionally resell the furniture I work on, but it’s after it’s been completely restored and upcycled—most of it is used in my house or given away to friends. If you don’t want it resold even after it’s upcycled, let me know and I’ll make a note on it in my workshop!)
