Broken plate for "kintsugi" (Glen Abbey)
Expired

- An unfortunate packing/moving casualty, but may be repurposed... This raku fired clay decorative plate was purchased at the One of a Kind show in Toronto a few years ago. I thought it may have a second life using the centuries old Japanese art of "kintsugi" - fixing broken pottery by rejoining pieces with an adhesive and accenting the cracks with gold or other coordinating color. EXAMPLE of this technique in 3rd pic :)
