Request: Aerobics step (City Centre NR1) Received 41d - Hi All - just on the off chance does anyone have an old aerobics exercise step they don't want just gathering dust somewhere? Looking to get one to help with rehabilitation after broken leg and was hoping to extend the life of one already out there rather than buy a new one for only a few months use... Free: Transparent carpet protector (City Centre NR1) Gifted 123d - Clear carpet protector just big enough for an office chair 120x90cm Free: Biscuit barrel (City Centre NR1) Expired 271d - White and black biscuit barrel. No chips. No longer needed for dog treat storage and human biscuits never last long enough to be stored so hopefully useful to someone else!

Free: Rapidough game (City Centre NR1) Expired 283d - Game includes everything except the 3 coloured playdough tubs (dried out through age and lack of use).

Free: Underlay off cut (City Centre NR1) Expired 295d - Small squarish offcut of underlay approx 134x144cm. Never been used. Free: plastic shower curtain hooks (City Centre NR1) Expired 300d - 12 new white plastic shower curtain hooks. Came with a new shower curtain but I already have a spare set so don't need any more

Free: Shower/bath foot scrubber (City Centre NR1) Gifted 305d - Purple foot scrubber. Bristles too strong for my ticklish soles!

Free: Adjustable over bath bench seat (City Centre NR1) Gifted 318d - Adjustable bath seat. Used for a couple of months after breaking my leg but happily no longer needed by me so hoping it can help someone else now.

Free: 5 berth/2 bedroom tent (City Centre NR1) Gifted 328d - Akashi5 tent with side door, two 'rooms' separated mostly with fabric clip on wall that can be removed. Good size porch with separate groundsheet, windows and big front flap with king pins. Free from mould but not been used in a few years so would recommend water tightness testing before taking on holiday. Although described as a 5 berth I think that's generous - rooms would fit a single and double airbed with a bit of room around! Doors to rooms have separately zipped fly screen to keep bugs out but room aired. Comes in original carry case.

Free: Beach shelter (City Centre NR1) Gifted 328d - Fair weather beach shelter, has gap at top when zipped up as per picture so shelter from wind not rain! No mould and comes in carry case with handle

Free: Foot pump for inflatables (City Centre NR1) Gifted 328d - Foot pump for inflatables, comes with two nozzle sizes. Brand new - bought to pump up my new air tent before I realised a pump came with it already so surplus to requirements!

Free: Folding camping chair (City Centre NR1) Gifted 332d - Green camping chair, functional but canvas back starting to perish so is shedding a bit. It is not new, but if you just need an extra seat for that camping trip or summer BBQ it might be useful to someone...? Has packaway sleeve with over shoulder strap for carrying.

Free: Unopened pack of heel protectors (City Centre NR1) Gifted 340d - Unopened pack of heel protectors to slip inside shoes. Been knocking around my cupboard for ages so I guess all my shoes are comfortable enough without them. Hoping they might help someone else instead.

Free: Fold up lightweight walking stick (City Centre NR1) Gifted 340d - Very light fold up aluminium walking stick with carry handle. Bought to help with rehabilitation after broken leg but only used once as I felt safer with a crutch.

Free: Adult push scooter (City Centre NR1) Gifted 340d - Blue push scooter that folds up for ease of transport/ storage. Used a couple of times but I am too wobbly on it!

Free: Stick vacuum (City Centre NR1) Gifted 340d - Stick vacuum in working order with charger but only has the carpet head as in picture, no other attachments.

Request: Leg elevating cushion (City Centre NR1) Expired 1y - Bit of a long shot but would anyone have one of those foam cushions specially shaped to hold a leg elevated? I slipped on the ice before Christmas and broke my ankle and am finding it difficult to get the leg propped up and comfy with just pillows. Thought I would ask on the offchance someone had one from an injury they have now recovered from!
