- Play tent from Playhut, use indoors or out, folds flat for storage, circular piece can be used as a roof or a door for the yellow side. Lid will need to be repaired with duct tape or you could just throw that part out, kids love to have their own little space!

- 57 inch HDTV, 2003 by Hitachi. It’s on wheels and has a handle on each end for easy moving. This is a large TV. Like a piece of furniture. You will need a truck to pick it up. It has a screen protector on it that you’ll probably want to remove since it has a couple of streaks from children activity. There’s no remote control, you’ll need to buy a universal remote to go with it. We got a smart TV and we’re letting this one go for free.
