Free: Road ID silicone bracelets size XS (Cunningham, Palmyra) Gifted 1y - Used to inform others of a medical condition and contact info should you not be able to. This is for a young child. You can personalize and purchase the metal inscription plates from road ID. These both come with a medical symbol. The plate in the pic is just an example of what you can put on it. The blue one has been worn a few times and the green is brand new.
