Free: Car cover for a large saloon car (Stirling FK7) Promised This light, grey, plastic cover ties over the windows of your car. It originally has elastic to attach it, but the elastic gave up in a storm. When I last used this - many moons ago - I just had string tied to the eyelets to keep it on. Handy should the weather get worse. I had it over a Jaguar XJ40 (sigh, happy days), so it will do a fair size car.

Free: 18 hooks for heavy or large items (Stirling FK7) Gifted Three packs of hooks for hanging bikes, gardening items, tools. Handy for the garage or workshop. The two packs of red plastic coated hooks can screw straight into the mortar between bricks. One of these has been used; that's how I know. The pack of two white plastic coated hooks includes screws for fitting. Apparently these hooks are OK for external use.

Free: Lightweight wardrobe (Stirling FK7) Gifted A good-sized yet lightweight wardrobe that comes apart and re-assembles easily. Tall enough to take dresses. It has been used and filled with clothes on hangers. Comprises a simple plastic and metal rod frame with a white cover that slides over and ties on at the bottom. It is clean and not damaged. Don't expect it to handle heavy loads like all the family's winter coats! 91cm wide, 160cm high, 49cm deep and 155cm from the rod to the floor. It is currently part dismantled ready for collection. It is not heavy. Reconstructing is straightforward but will require two people. 1st photo: zipped up. 2nd photo: unzipped. 3rd photo: what it looks like without the cover.

Free: Four silicone door wedges (Stirling FK7) Gifted Four white silicone door wedges. These are soft, like rubber. They can be stacked to make a thicker wedge. Because they're not hard, they don't hurt when you walk into them, and they seem to hold doors open better than hard wedges. If interested, please provide a date and time for collection.

Free: 5 drawer chest of drawers. New. Needs assembly. (Stirling FK7) Gifted Self-assembly flat-pack 5 Drawer Chest from b&m. Bought it last year, finally got round to opening the box and realised it is not what we need. So I taped up the box again. Apart from the instruction booklet, nothing has been removed from the box, so there should be nothing missing. When constructed, it should be 80cm wide, 98cm high and 40 cm from front to back. It is VERY HEAVY! The box is 102cm long. If interested, tell me when you want to collect it.

Free: Two brown floor mats (Stirling FK7) Gifted A pair of matching pale brown floor mats. 23½" x 45" = 60cm x 104cm Hemp, rather than fluffy, but comfortable to walk on, hard-wearing and easy to clean. The sort of thing you might put a hallway stand on. I'm not sure whether to describe them as mats (sounds too small), rugs (they're not that posh) or runners (they're not that long).

Free: Flat-pack L-shaped desk. Tired but clean. (Stirling FK7) Gifted One L-shaped desk which is self-assembly flat pack. It is clean and stable when assembled, but getting tired I dismantled it when we moved here and have all the parts ready to put back together. The largest of the panels should fit into a small car if you put the back seats down. The photos show the dimensions and the parts disassembled: base, sides, legs, vanity board and bag with all the screws. The corners are a bit battered; one photo shows the worst of them. It is a good size desk for work or study.

Free: Sharp QL-110 Portable Electronic Typewriter (Stirling FK7) Gifted Sharp QL-110 Portable Electronic Typewriter. Excellent condition. With original box etc. Has a very basic 'word processing' function where you can see a couple of words and correct them before they are typed, which is good. But this makes it not very good for filling in application forms. Convince me why you need one and why you won't just eBay it. Fair Offer Policy: I agree to take a period of time to see what responses I get before deciding who to give item(s) to. This gives members on Daily Digest, or those who don't have continual access to the Internet a fair chance to reply.
Free: Glass walled see-through toaster (Stirling FK7) Gifted A nearly new glass-walled toaster, with box, instructions, etc. Note: <b>it has been used</b>. There are some crumbs in there. I saw one of these on the telly and HAD to have one. Decided I could not live without a glass-walled toaster where I could watch the toast go brown. Used it. Know what? It's a toaster. Meh. It's a two-slice toaster, but they are wide slots so will toast bread from large loaves. Oh, the crumbs are free too.
