Undamaged, no accidents, very good condition. I have the instructions for it too. The back needs reattaching to the seat if intended for use with younger children (it's designed to attach/detach as your child gets older). PLEASE READ ALL OF THE POST!!! Original roofing felt included but will probably benefit from replacing it before winter, as it has a couple of felt nail holes in it (had to remove felt to access screws). Already dismantled. Pretty good condition, will need a coat of paint inside and out, but sturdy enough. No window. PLEASE NOTE!!! Floor is not included, so you'll need to sort one yourself. Door fits fine, I took it off before I remembered to take photos! You will need new screws for reassembly. You will need a very large vehicle or a roof rack for collection (Chellaston) I have a Peugeot Partner van and it won't fit in it. All accurate sizes are shown in photos. Any Q's please ask. Collection asap please.

New, un-opened, washing machine door seal. Bought this in anticipation of fitting to an old washing machine but in the end had to replace the machine so this was never used. We think it was for a Bosch washing machine but can’t remember the model number. It was probably purchased from e-spares or Ransome online suppliers. If no one wants it, it’s destined for the dump.
