2 & 3 Seater Sofa's (Recliners) (Buxton SK17)
Dark brown faux leather 2 & 3 seater sofas, one seat cushion on 3 seater sofa requires recovering as cover split. Both sofas are manual recliners with the 3 seater having a fold down dring holder on the centre seat. Both need a good clean as was in a house with a dog. Both are heavy but break down in to base & back sections. You will need a large van to collect.

Ruin any meal immediately with this hot sauce. I genuinely don't understand who could eat this. I can happily eat a phaal curry, but this is crossing the line between into masochism. Note scoville rating on the back. And don't say I didn't warn you! Still a sealed, in-date bottle.

x5 Bags of Pure Via Sweetener. 4 are unopened. 1 was opened in the last few weeks and part used (the 100% erythritol one and in date). However, the Demerara & Brown Sugar are out of date. They are likely still fine in my opinion as never opened and kept in a cool, dark, dry cupboard, but obviously you'll have to use your own judgement. Suitable for Diabetics and those on a Keto diet. Vegan.

I believe this is a Victorian tilt-top breakfast table. Oval top is 4ft long and 3ft wide. One of the joints in the top has opened up a bit due to being in a centrally-heated house but this doesn’t affect the structural strength. There are also some cup marks which will polish out. Hopefully you can see in the photos. Collection only please.
