Sofa bed (Sale M33)
Small sofa bed, opens to become around a 3/4 double bed. Has a storage compartment under the middle section as shown in the photos. Has always lived in spare rooms so never used day to day as a sofa, so in great condition other than a bit of fading to the fabric (which is only visible when the bed is pulled out). As shown on the photos, there is damage to the front panel, where the wood pins have been pulled put of the panel (by my over zealous mother in law trying to helpfully put the bed away!). I'm assuming that it is probably relatively easily fixed, but we've never done so as we don't really need the sofa anymore. Measurements: 150cm wide (c. 5ft) 90cm deep and tall. Arm sections can be removed for transportation if needed.

2 bags of white unused IKEA tea lights - one opened (it had 100) one unopened (it has 25), 3 green unused BHS tea lights, and 2 used white column candles with plenty of burn time left. The taller column candle has some dark marks on it which won’t rub off. Plus 3 bags of really decorative potpourri (flowers etc) which need a scent boost.

Pink & white mini fan for drying eyelash extensions, USB charged with charger and carry cord, taken out of packaging but never used. Can be hand held or hung from your neck using the cord. There’s also a T-shape bracket to prop it up. It can also just be used as a fan to cool yourself down, albeit not a powerful one. Plus pink spoolie brush in carry case, never used.

Sturdy stool with the seat covered in black faux leather. Metalwork black painted. height 18 ins which can be raised 2 more inches in 1 inch steps. This however is not easy to do as it requires unscrewing a bolt and easing out. Better to just decide on what height you want it! Seat size is 16 ins by 12 ins.

Washer valve (Stretford M32)
Does anyone happen to have one of these ? I'm having to plum a washing machine into my partner's kitchen where there isn't currently any fittings for it including the above valve. I've sorted out most of what's needed, I just need the valve now. There is communal washing facilities where she lives but because of her health it's just too difficult for her to use and to get to as it's on the other side of a large scheme. So I've had to take out kitchen cupboards put in a power point and an under sink waste connector. Now just need this valve.
