A large play house, suit a child up to 6 or so. Has been well used but all still functional, has working windows and door. There is some sun fading, and a couple of minor cracks 117cm x 105cm and 120cm high. Prefer not to dismantle so you will need a van or large car to transport.

Glass bottle cutter (Marple SK6)
This is a Fixm Glass bottle cutter. I don't think it's been used. All the parts are there inside the box along with the instruction booklet. It doesn't look easy to use so I would suggest you put Fixm Glass bottle cutter in the Google search box and a YouTube video will help you. The box is 26cm x 16cm x 7.5cm How It Works Scoring: The tool uses a hard cutting wheel (often carbide) to scratch a surface line into the glass as you rotate the bottle.Thermal Shock: After scoring, you apply alternating hot and cold water (or ice) to the line. Separation: The temperature changes cause the glass to expand and contract, making it snap neatly along the scored track.
