Beko 7kg washing machine. Model WM74145W. This is our old washing machine that we didn't need when we moved as the previous owner left theirs. It's not been used for about 18 months. It turns on but I can't plumb in to check that it runs a wash! You'll need to be able to take it away yourself, it doesn't fit in our car.

Ikea Sofa bed. Still works as both and is stable. There are two screws missing but this doesn't stop it from being a sofa and a double bed. Please see the photos for size. Pine french dresser. In overall good condition - draws are a bit stiff to open and close but could potentially be fixed with a bit of TLC. Currently dismantled in the two parts. Has lights in the upper glass portion with currently a US plug which you can change, or we can change for you before pick up to be a UK plug. Will need to have a pick-up truck or van to transport it as it is quite large - pickup only.

A beautiful Jasper Conran pink and white check pink baby dress size 6-9months. Dress is in excellent condition and would be ideal for a special occasion or party. It fastens down the back with 3 buttons and a tie belt and has a pretty bow at the front. The material is very thin polyester and the dress has a double layer underskirt.
