A biggish bag of random wood screws, in various sizes, plus a few nuts and bolts, picture hooks, and whatever. Plus a load of rawlplugs, mostly the common reds and browns, but a few odd sizes too. Something over a kilogram all told. Obviously if you need fifty of the same size screws for a project, this is no use to you, but if you're starting with nothing and keep needing the odd one or two screws to hang or fix things, and don't want to buy a box every time, this is probably worth having around.

Long shot I know, but the Raspberry Pi at the heart of our central heating controller has died just as the weather is turning cold.
