Vintage sectional & chair (North Walnut Creek)
Still holding strong despite decades of use. Reupholstered in 2011 with a rugged stain-resistant canvas. Extremely lightweight, and easy to move even without help. The table has one roughed up foot, but is stable with the included floor protector. Wear is otherwise superficial. Clean, but has been exposed to pet dander. Corner Table: 31in wide, 31in long, 20.5 tall Sectional seats: each 43in long, 33in deep, 30.5in tall Single Seat: 33in deep, 23.5in wide, 30.5in tall I don’t have a truck, but can arrange 3rd party delivery if all else fails.

Two identical book cases with doors (roughly 64" tall and 42" wide for one) One taller book shelf (82" tall and 36" wide) You need to come with at least one strong adult to carry it down one flight of stairs, and 6 porch steps. Beautiful modern designed handmade cement tiles. 12 tiles to a box 5 full cases to cover a lot size 20 x 20 x 1.6 thick. The cases are heavy. Tiles need to be SEALED after installed and before grouting. They were cement so they are porous.
