Cream accent chair with tufted back and dark wooden legs. Used, with some wear, but still super cute! Has light staining on the seat and front upper back. Overall height approx. 39 inches; seat height about 18 inches. Comes from a house with a dog. Pick up in Capitol Hill, near Pine and Broadway.

Older kayak suitable for whitewater or surfing. About 8 feet long. (Kix is the kayak in the center of the photo.) Has been stored in garage, so plastic is in good condition. Needs sprayskirt and float bags. I can include an old fiberglass paddle.

The small board is 24x36 with a few dings in it, but still nice. The blackboard is 25x33. It looks old but in good condition. Both need dusting/wiping down. The bulletin board looks like they have a stain, but it’s just the lighting.

Countertop, vent (Ravenna)
The countertop is 25.5 X 48.25", formica (I assume) over particle board. The formica is peeling off on one end. The vent has never been used, but has some aesthetic (not structural) issues. It has a metal flap. The hole in the back is about 4.25" in diameter.
