Convertible couch/ bed (Palladian way & Bishops Glen)
Gently used, has a small tear, but very good condition. Convertible couch/daybed Lays down flat with fold out legs for the back portion. Some slight damage on the seat that was there when I got it but the previous owner and myself have always had a cover on it (which i can give you) and didnt use it much as it was in my office. Legs can come off and it can be unscrewed into two pieces for transport!

16 reusable gel ice packs. twelve are Glacier Ice brand. four are Nordic Ice brand. but basically the same thing - squishy gel stuff inside a soft plastic package that you can re-freeze as needed. Each pack is about 7 inches by 5 inches. 48 in, 3 bulb ceiling fan. Working when taken down, have all associated hardware and bulbs. You take and install. Purchased roughly 10 years ago, no known issues. Summer and winter settings, reversible color fan blades. Was used in our kitchen.
