Two desk chairs & one cool chair - as is... One has netting and is a bit creaky but comfy One lacks arms and has a lazy piston so it sinks when you sit on it, but otherwise is solid and comfy. One is a cool dining room type red faux leather chair that’s worn but still very cool.

Something aestheticaly pleasing would be helpful since this is in front of my house and my landlord doesn't want it looking dumpy. He let me install a free food pantry as well (see photo), so he's very accommodating!

This is a great outdoor table. 42” x 72”. Marble top, metal legs, VERY sturdy (I can easily stand on it with no wobble). It’s relatively light, 2 regular people can easily move it. Two of the corners are chipped, and the metal has a bit of rust, see pics.
