Upright Yamaha Piano (Waban)
Full size upright (52 inch tall by 60 inches wide and 25 inches deep). I purchased in 2016 used from a piano company, but I believe the piano was manufactured around 1997. It is in excellent cosmetic condition. The piano is definitely playable, but there are some mechanical issues based on a recent inspection that you should be aware of: (1) the tuning pins are becoming loose which means you may need more frequent tuning [it is not worth the cost to repair/replace the tuning pins] and (2) the key action can be improved with repairs [some keys do not strike perfectly]. This is a great piano for someone learning to play, but perhaps not yet ready to spend thousands of dollars on a new piano. Piano comes with bench. You have to arrange pick-up. Moving cost and major tune-up might cost you $500 to $1000. Please make sure you get your own cost estimates.

42” round dining table with built-in extension piece that makes it a larger oval. 4 chairs (one with some original carving on the leg from a foster dog). The table is heavy and we have stairs, so picking it up will require some strength and creativity. We did disassemble it into two pieces to make that easier.
