Large desk. Flat pack furniture, have disassembled for easier collection. All parts available. Great condition, used less than 1 year, left behind by previous tenants. Oak veneer finish the executive desk is sturdy with metal legs, a generous size with cable management holes in top. Free collection from covered porch E14 7AY, ground floor, residents parking available for loading.

Leftover from doing the floor of my flat. This was a 15m roll, amount left is approx but I don’t think I used more than 3m square. 5mm thickness with moisture barrier and overlap. From B&Q. Suitable for laminate or wood. Collect from N1 4QA, I’m in all day today, Tuesday evening, or Wednesday daytime. Would quite like to get rid of it quickly. On the plus side it’s very light to carry!

Brilliant large ikea play tent bought in the 90s . Much bigger than the tents today. Poles in poor condition and heavily taped together. Still very usable and easy to put up. The actual tent in good condition apart from area where poles go through and can be machine washed. Poles similar to those used in beach tent. Play tunnel can be used with this tent and various entrances present. 140 x140 approx h 120

Bought in 2011 this has been a great little machine; still works quite well but has been replaced after use in a pet friendly rental due to age & new petless tenants arriving. Handle taped due to rubber perishing some time ago; somewhat doggy aroma when in use that perhaps more cleaning would sort out; will hiss if jogged which is remedied by removing and replacing the dust drum :) still good for a workshop perhaps?
