Photographs are from my own garden, she does grow to about 10 feet. She flowers in spring the same time as the other tree peonies. Little baby but she is quite robust. Sun or semi shade. You MUST wait until the roots fill the pot. Please don't transfer it before or you will damage the taproot.

Free – Dolce Gusto Piccolo XS coffee machine, not working but I’m not sure I collected this coffee machine for free from someone in this group, but unfortunately it doesn’t appear to work. It doesn’t switch on and no lights come on. It’s very clean and comes in its original box, but I don’t know what the fault is or how to repair it. It may suit someone who knows how to fix coffee machines, or who could use it for spare parts. Free to collect. Please note that it is being given away as not working.

Artist unknown. Chinese style calligraphy painting of a bird on a branch with signature and stamp. The paper is rough and looks handmade; it is a creamy colour behind the black ink – the flecks and variations on the paper are natural rather than flaws. There are no folds on the paper – the gradient colour of the paper in the photo is because of the shadow. The frame is stained dark wood, and the inner frame is a mid to dark blue grey. There are some scuffs on the frame. Otherwise good condition. Hangs with one horizontal string across the back – as in photograph. 59.5cm W x 44.5cm H roughly

Wall mirror with lights (Putney SW15)
60cm x 60cm. Well used, but you can only see that on the back rather than the front. The lights work and the bulbs can be replaced as needed from the back (as photograph). It needs a main socket to function – it comes with a plug attached open ((also in photo). The on of switch is a small pulley which hangs from the bottom – hard to photograph and hold the mirror at the same time that you can see it in the last photo.
