Seat tube is 46cm. Mountain bike with front suspension. The bike has been left outside for years, and at least the tyres, inner tubes, gearsets, chain, brakes and saddle will need replacing. The frame and handlebars look ok, but I’m not an expert. Haven’t tried to investigate the suspension.
