I was training for a marathon but was hospitalised due to pneumonia. The doctor said strength exercises will be great for me. I just can’t afford a gym membership. I would love a weight bench, and dumbbells or a barbel, kettlebells, resistance bands absolutely anything please. Thank you ladies and gentlemen, I am so grateful.
