Hi, would anyone have a ladies bike they no longer use? I used to love cycling, but gave up after a nasty accident and after a hip replacement I'm not 'allowed' to run but I'm told cycling is good for me, I'm still a tad nervous, but willing to try again, hence this request. Not great on roads so if it's one that could handle light trails or roads even better! I'm 5'6" if that helps, thank you!

They give bunches of small sunflowers in early and late autumn which are good.foe cut flowers. They get very tall so plant them at the back of the border. They prefer plenty of sun Related to annual sunflowers I got these from someone one here a few years ago and they do love to spread a little haha.
