Bishop's chair over 80 Years old (3446 Oakwood Terr NW, DC)
The frame is excellent, doesn't squeak/ It is solid' As you see, the chair bottom needs the springs tied up and the back is still quite nice, but needs to be tacked in the back on the left side. It was purchased at the National Presbyterian Church (Nebraska Ave NW, DC) about 50 Years ago.

Each is estimated to weigh 30-35 lb. They are both the same size, 13” x 14.5” x 3.5.” A set of four replacement batteries runs $74 on Amazon.

yard cart with issues [20886]
Finally upgraded from my trusty yard cart, it has served well for years. Checking to see if anyone can use it before I put it out to pasture - it has a crack in the bottom (I wasn't moving liquids so that didn't matter) and one wheel no longer rolls smoothly, sometimes it locks up. I tried lubricant but it didn't make much difference. It's not as dirty as it looks, it was under the deck the last time the deck was stained so it has inherited some brown coloring. Imperfect Heaters/Fans (Alexandria (Kingstowne))
These fans/heaters have issues but still work so I didn’t want to throw them out. - Lasko Ceramic Element Heater - 21” high. Top is cracked and it seems to only work and oscillate at 75 degrees or above. - Sunbeam Fan/Heater - 11” high. Cover for knob is missing but the knob can still be turned.
