This is intended to add a layer to your floor every 1-4 months. It didn't work as well as I had hoped on my floors, but maybe this is a product you use. I volunteer at the City of Toronto seniors' residence, Fudger House, playing a smooth jazz piano concert for them, monthly. They have one keyboard--not great. Since there are 4 separate wings, having more than one keyboard would allow more residents access to music.
