Tubular plastic frames with soft mesh interiors. 28 in high with lateral bars separately adjustable from 29 in to 39 in wide. Not gonna lie - this rug could use a good cleaning as my fluffy, furry cat has loved it for years (I once had it professionally cleaned but that cost almost as much as I paid for it). The tea light candle holders each have a screw in the base which were originally meant to be screwed onto the top of spikes, which have been lost. The candle holders will not sit flat on a hard surface unless the screws are sawed off.
