I have divided a large Flax plant to make way for work on a wall and have the many spare ones left. It is a green pinkish version and they are mostly between 1 and 2 metres tall and they can be cut down to reinvigorate them. It is an architectural plant which suits the West Somerset climate.

The sofa will fit out through the doors, but it is large and will require 2 people to move and manoeuvre downstairs. I’m unable to help with lifting. A few small signs of general use as expected, but no major damage.
