2 story sturdy hutch in reasonable condition. Has a ladder to allow access from one floor to another. Has a number of doors that can be opened to allow access for feeding and a removable tray for cleaning. Fox-proof wire. Please note: this will not be Freegled for a rabbit to live in unless it is going to be attached securely to a much larger run. A hutch is not enough.
