🚨 Tech enthusiast building a homelab — in need of PC parts + networking gear 🚨 I’m a passionate tech learner currently building a homelab to develop real-world IT, networking, and PC building skills. I enjoy taking old or unused hardware and turning it into fully working systems for hands-on learning and experimentation. Right now I’m limited by budget, so I’m reaching out to see if anyone has spare or unused PC parts (GPUs, CPUs, RAM, motherboards, PSUs, storage, cases, etc.) or networking equipment (routers, switches, servers, cables, NICs, etc.) just sitting around. Even older or non-working gear is still useful for projects and learning. I’m based in Moortown, but I can travel to collect within Leeds and surrounding areas, including Bradford, Dewsbury, Harrogate, and nearby towns. Nothing will be resold — everything goes directly into my homelab builds and learning setups. I’m genuinely grateful for anything offered, even if it’s just old or unused kit. Hi. Would anyone like my old NON-SMART Flat Screen HD 46" SONY TV? It doesn't have a stand so will have to go on a wall bracket. It's in good working order. Could also be used for gaming etc.. Will need 2 people to lift as its very heavy. Pickup from BD2 or it's going to the recycling centre at the weekend.

There's a horse chestnut tree planted itself in my allotment and I don't want it there. It is small enough to dig up and at last look, is not yet too late in the spring to do it, but it needs to be done soon... or maybe next year a bit earlier. Do the rules here allow us to request a contribution for a pot? If nobody comes for it tomorrow, that may be the best solution, but it'll need quite a big pot and they're quite pricey...
