As seen. Great, used condition. Slight nick to the top right of cover page, actually think my parrot nibbled it, sorry. The slight damage does not affect the literature. All other pages intact from what I see. The recipes just don't "do it" for me. There's a bit of education re nutrition to begin, recipes are central then there are workouts towards the end. Has both savoury and sweet ideas. Can post through your letterbox only if local to LS13/LS12 or LS28 as I live in, work and frequent these areas. I don't want to be financially disadvantaged via fuel for the sake of passing this item on so will not deliver outside of those postcodes. If not, happy to meet in a public place in the aforementioned postcodes/areas. I can be flexible for times and days of meeting or dropping.
