Comfy loveseat. It’s definitely old and has flaws, but has some potential with a slipcover or something. We just put a blanket over the arm that was messed up and it looked fine. I washed the covers and steam cleaned the rest of it a few months ago. Really need this gone by the 28th!

Green upholstered armchair. Definitely has some flaws, which you can see in the photos, but the fabric is beautiful and most of the problem areas are on the back/sides.
