Tornado 24" Metal Drum Fan - High Velocity, 7700 CFM, 3-Speed, Heavy Duty for Industrial & Commercial Use, 1/3 HP Motor, 8 FT Cord, ETL Listed. Cord was chewed by puppy first day I got this. It is brand new but someone will need to replace to cord.

Gray. Good condition. Pet-free home. Couple stains (probably from kids spilling soda and the like; removable with a little effort). It’s really comfortable to sit on, we used it for many a family movie night. The kids slept on it fine; full disclosure, for an adult to sleep on it you’ll probably want a mattress topper for extra padding. Heavy - Takes two people to move. PLEASE only inquire if serious - it’s at my house that I just moved out of, so I’ll have to drive half an hour to meet the receiver there. 57th St SE DC.

55 inch Sharp tv. Works great. My kids used it in our basement for their gaming and movie nights. Comes with a full wall mount as there are no more feet for the tv. It is heavy, and big - you will need a large car, van, or truck - it will NOT fit in a 4 door car. Evening pickups preferred - after 5pm. I cannot help carry it due to a recent surgery - so you will need to bring 2 ppl.
