Dark brown faux leather arm chair. Has notable cracking on the front part of the seat - see pics. We’ve just covered it with a blanket and you can’t see it at all (you can take the blanket too). Looks new everywhere else and it’s very comfortable. Measurements: 29.5” wide, 31” deep, 32” tall Pick up near 15th and D St NE. It’s not very heavy but is cumbersome to carry alone so would recommend two people.
