Ironing board measuring 144cm long, 38cm wide and 96cm high when in open position. Is probably 15 years old and has marks on the top that I have tried to capture in the photos. Fully functioning and usable. When you press really hard towards the front of the board it tends to lower down a bit - suggesting there could be an issue - but has been that way for a while and still works fine. Pick up only please.

Retro armchair in floral print by JC & MP Smith LTD. It is in used condition, still has some good seating left, and can probably be done up. It has some wear and tear, as shown in the images, with scratches on the back (cat), and one of the bottom rubber springs is loose. Measurements: W: 69 cm D: 72 cm, the seat itself 48 cm H: 108 cm Just got this off here but doesn’t suit our room alas. It’s a lovely chair and a shame to have to bring it to the tip so would love to pass it on.

Broken stacking chairs / repairable with right tools (Loftus Road W12)
12 Dark red upholstered hall chairs left over from a recent chair audit at our community centre. Photos show broken seat pads or back rests. With strong glue back rests can be slid back and secured. Seat pads on done of them need hammering back into position on their grips . Would rather all went at once but CV like separate into 2 x 6 if needed. Too heavy to collect without a car. All of them need an upholstery clean .
