Door draft stopper / sweeper (Bryant)
Fits doors up to 40" wide. Super easy install with adhesive backing. I bought it before checking my existing door sweep better: Mine is metal and to remove it I have to remove the entire door. I bought this sweeper because the metal edge of the existing sweep is now scratching the door sill because the door frame has sagged about 2mm. I found that I can bend the metal edge outward to slightly increase the gap and stop the scratching. So now I don't need this handy new silicon sticky sweeper. Its packing has been opened but it not installed and is ready for a virgin stick-on.

81.5" tall x42" wide v 12" deep. Custom made bookshelve/cabinet in good condition. Located in basement and requires two person lift. All Shelves are adjustable and can be removed for moving. I would guess the weight w/o shelves at about 40-50 pounds. Basement exit from rear of house has 8 steps to a landing and two more steps to level surface.
