Hi I currently live In mental health supported accommodation, I moved there from another supported accommodation been moved around a lot but now I've been accepted for a bungalow I can finally settle as I suffer with physical issues and mental health. I have nothing at all, anything donated will be greatly appreciated I don't have any friends because of my disabilities, I don't have any parents because I was born with learning disabilities and a speech problem so please can anyone help me with anything, anything will help or reusable thank you Chris

These are red. Easily attached to wall. Simply put a suitable sized screw into your wall surface then pop the hook over it. Height 12cm. A pair of Land Rover Torreon cross bikes. One male, 21" frame, one female 17" frame. Both have 18 gears, panniers and saddle bags. Both have recently had new tyres and tubes, but they will need cleaning and oiling. We are too old to use them now, so offered free to someone who can collect them and will use them.

Bird Cage (Thornaby TS17)
Hi, my friend's recently rescued 6 budgies from a house that was rented out, and the person who was living there left them in a very small cage, not suitable at all, with no perches, they just hung onto the sides. A lot have had surgery due to fractures or breakages in their wings, also very nasty infections and issues with their feet. We are looking for a bird cage that would be suitable for all 6 to live together, as they're currently living in pairs, in cages we are borrowing from the vets, but these are only temporary and the budgies really want to be back together. I'm just wondering if anyone has a cage that's suitable. We haven't a lot of money so preferably free. I've added photos of what the vet has recommended to my friend. If anyone is able to help in any way we'd massively appreciate it. Thank you.
