Sturdy metal framed single guest bed. Retro floral design mattress. Good clean condition with just one small tear in the mattress material, but the mattress can be flipped over to use the other side. Fastened with a buckle when folded up but the quality is good enough that you do not even have to do this up for the bed to stay put. need it gone asap due to moving house.

Round Pine Dining Table & 6 Chairs (Pitsea SS13)
Need gone asap. Collection from SS13 2EH. This has been passed down 3 generations of our family, but it has been stored for a few years as I git a smaller one, so when I set it up to photograph it I cant remember how the middle, extendable bit folds away, so you can see in the last photo it just hangs down. Anyone used to using extendable tables should get it to sit neatly where it should be when using it as a round table. Please do not ask me to deliver. Karin
