Wicker 2-seater settee, 2 armchairs, footstool. Wicker in excellent condition, cushions need recovering (safety labels have come off) or replacing. Really really comfortable but sadly no room now. Take with or without cushions but must have own suitable transport. Near Brooklands Station.

Wooden fireplace surround with white backing, beautiful stone hearth and concrete fireback. In great condition, served extremely well with a gas fire for years (gas fire removed, hence plastic sheeting currently covering the gap in the centre), only removed because we're renovating the room.
