This seat pad is "is an air filled sitting aid offering comfort and relief to its user, whilst also exercising muscles of the back and pelvic floor." Brand & model is: Sissel Sitfit Condition is excellent (barely used) and comes with the original hand pump to add more air to the seat pad. Size is 33cm in diameter and approx 5.5cm thick. Sissel website states it is "latex and phthalate free"
