18W PIR Motion Sensor Ceiling Light (Iver Heath SL0)
This light was bought for our bathroom and you can see the specification on the link below. it was used for a short while but needed to be replaced as the other lights in the room confused it. It only stayed on for 25 seconds and the duration is not adjustable. Consequently it would go off and not come on again even when waving your arms - not convenient when taking a bath! Would be fine in another room. Works fine. If the link doesn't work, try searching for 18W PIR Motion Sensor Ceiling Light from seller zzrs There appears to be an adapter missing but anyone with some electrical knowledge could easily connect it up correctly.

Terracotta Colour Vinyl Tiles and Adhesive - New (Iver Heath SL0)
These were bought for a floor some years ago but never used. There are enough tiles for 6 sq m and are terracotta colour with a slight 'texture' as shown in the photo. Bought a tub of Evo-Stik tile adhesive at the same time which the person collecting can have but should check it still works before use - doesn't have a shelf life on it. Tiles are still packaged / unopened (1 was removed just for the photo) and replaced. Photo was taken in natural daylight.

Hi everyone, I’m looking for a used bicycle in good working condition if anyone has one they no longer need. I need it for getting to work and travelling to essential appointments and daily errands. Unfortunately, I’m going through a difficult financial situation at the moment and can’t afford to buy a bike, so I’m hoping someone in the community might be able to help.
