Tan leather sofa in good condition, although it is 20 years old and has some wear to the seat cushions there is still wear left in it . It has the fire safety label sewn in. Measurements are: 185cms across to edge of arms, 96 cms to the highest point of the back, 90cms from back to arm front and the seat depth is 53 cms
