Hallo :) Please read all the details before contacting me, important info. Raised wooden single bed, no longer needed. Comes with the wooden ladder. No instructions but I've labelled the parts to make assembly easier plus there's Google! Also I've kept it in larger sections to make it easier and quicker for you. ONE LEG HAS BEEN SAWN DOWN TO FIT OVER A ROOM FIXTURE (see photos). I HAVE THE LEG OFFCUT which you can re-attach with metal plates. We drill fixed the bed legs to the wall for extra security (kids bounce about up there!). NO MATTRESS INCLUDED. Comes with the fixings - you will need a few extra screws to attach to the wall etc Please no time wasters. Keen to have this gone as soon as possible so please say when you can collect. We have a 3 seat green reclining leather sofa to gift to someone. There is some wear to one arm rest and the top of one head rest, but it still has some life left in it. It splits into two parts to assist with transport (see photo). This is available to collect from Monday 22nd December onwards from Arnold.
