Beige /:light brown carpet (Frimley)
I'm having my lounge and dining room carpet replaced tomorrow and wondered if anyone could use the old carpet and save it from landfill? What about in a shed or in a room where animals live / frequent? As you can see from the pics it's pretty stained and marked. I can't tell you how old it is but I've lived in this house for 9.5 years and it was already old! It's just one of those things... I couldn't afford new carpet at the time and then, once the house is full of furniture it's a real upheaval to empty rooms! I presume a professional clean might remove most or all of the stains but can't guarantee it. It's over 3m wide and approximately 12m long. There may be 2 halves if it needs to be cut when they are taking it up. From a smoke-free home Collection will need to be tomorrow Wednesday 21st January from Frimley GU167JX. No holds. Please let me know if you might be interested... due to the nature and size of this carpet I will wait before replying to any requests to gauge interest. If there is no interest I'll let the carpet chaps take it and dispose of it.

It’s for an artwork installation at the Civic Centre, set in the 1940s wartime. Bosch washing machine (East Horsley)
Bosch washing machine still in working order. Door has dropped slightly, rubbing off some paint under the door, but still closes and seals. A little noisy when spinning which is possibly due to one of the suspension legs failing. I understand this is not expensive to replace. Dimensions are D 580mm x W 600mm x H 840 mm. The drum capacity is 8 kg. The instruction manual is with the machine.

I have an old, at least 10 years, Karcher Window Vac, but has had very little use. It appears to charge up o.k. There is also a Narrow Head 170mm attachment, a spray bottle set with attached blade and a micro fibre pad, and 500 ml glass cleaner concentrate, but given the age, it would probably be advisable to renew the liquids!
