This is a Pioneer model JTY370 Concealed Twin Control Thermostatic Shower Valve, mae by Ultra Showers. It is UNUSED, COMPLETE and BOXED with all parts and installation guide. The first photo is one I found online (here: ) to show what it would look like when assembled. The second photo is mine, showing all the parts.

Grey velvet king size bed Base and headboard 85 inches by 62.5 inches This bed base is in great condition, but one of the slats is broken and will need replacing. This will be very easy to replace as it is just a length of wood. Obviously none of the bedding, nor the mattress are included, just the bed base with headboard and foot board. The whole thing unscrews easily for easy transport. I would appreciate this being collected ASAP and would prefer it to go to a family who will use it, and not for resale. Collection asap (evenings) would be super helpful! Unfortunately, I will not be able to help you lift it down the stairs. It has been dismantled and is not heavy.

Ikea table top and 4 white metal round legs (which need to be screwed in, I think all the screws are there). Table has some damage where the veneer has come off (see photos). Table top is 60 cm w x 100 cm l x 3.5 cm deep. Legs are 69 cm high (so table would stand about 72 cm high). One leg has rubber foot slightly eroded (see photo).

A large TV unit in black glass and metal with an option to mount a TV on a stand which can be swiveled. Very good condition. Overall width 110cm by 40cm, but note that the back corners are slightly cut so that the width at the back of the TV unit is 800mm - this would allow you to put it diagonally in a corner You could mount a TV on the integrated stand, which swivels or you can put a TV just sitting on the unit (and the integrated stand will not be visible behind it). We have done this with a 55" Sony and it just fitted. Available for collection from our home in Lower Earley.

A very basic small drone with controller. No camera or other gizmos that modern drone have. Controller needs 4 x AA cells; the drone has a built-in rechargeable battery with charger. The picture shows a guard around the blades, but sadly this broke so is not included. There are some trick functions on the controller (flips) if you can master them.

Garage shelving (Belmont SL6)
This flexible shelving unit has done us great service for over 30 years, originally in our lounge and subsequently in our garage. It's from IKEA, the TERMINAL range which was sold in the 1990s. The first photo here is how we had it set up in our garage until yesterday, and the second and third photos come from the IKEA catalogues of 1992 and 1994 to highlight how versatile the stuff is. The components available are: * THREE uprights, 211cm (H) x 38cm (D) x 5cm * EIGHT shelves, 70cm (W) x 36cm (D) x 1cm thick * all necessary cross braces, shelf fixings, etc. BUYER COLLECTS. Please note how big the uprights are! Also note that this has been in use in our garage so it's not as clean as it would be if it had been indoors all the time.
