Includes painting supplies a drop cloth, outdoor speakers, ceiling speakers, chicken wire, brushed nickel switch plates, tarp, landscape fabric, PVC pipe, garden sprayer, respirator, safety goggles, laser level, and a few other things. I prefer someone who will take substantially all of the stuff instead of hanging around all day waiting for onesies twosies.

The table is several years old, but still fairly sturdy. The bolts holding the table together need to be tightened. The tabletop needs to be refinished due to years of outdoor exposure. The two chairs go with the table, but the umbrella base doesn't. There is an old umbrella, but the canopy is tattered. So if you want the umbrella too, it's yours.
