Rustic Mexican style wood minibar. Used, fair condition. Measures 55"H x 15.5"W x 12"D. The wood pieces in the back separated a bit, but anyone with some carpentry abilities and materials can easily repair this issue. Not heavy, but might need help getting it out of the basement.

Black and grey office chair. Originally very expensive but now it slides down when you sit on it. The instruction manual says it’s a fairly easy fix if you unscrew the seat but I don’t feel like doing that.
