Old and well-used but functional nylon art smock for children, easy to pull on over clothing with a tie in the back. Not very fit critical - my kids wore this from around ages 3-4 through pretty much adulthood. I can still pull it on myself and get pretty good coverage, albeit with somewhat shorter sleeves. Available for porch pickup at your convenience near the intersection of Reno Rd NW and Brandywine St NW. Older but good condition light blue small couch. 70Wx35Dx26H. It could use a new cover, which IKEA still sells for 40$. The bottom also has a cosmetic rip. Clean, from a house with cats but no incidents beyond the clawed cover. I can help get it to your vehicle, but it will take two of us and I have one flight of stairs. Priority to sooner pickup windows.

Large Leather Couch (Alexandria, Fairfax County)
This was once a VERY expensive couch. It's been in storage for a while and needs a little TLC. The leather is a little bit marked up in places, but otherwise gorgeous. The cushion was once nice, but needs a cleaning and possibly restuffing. It's large: 33" tall x 35" deep x 94" -- you would need a truck to move it, as it will not fit inside a van. Perfect for someone who doesn't mind restoring a once-great piece of furniture.
