Stolen Bicycle, Carrera. Please help happen today 10th Jan between 7.30am - 8.30pm.RG1 6QD Near Swan Place / Waterside Garden (near Council Building). Any CCTV? RING door bell camera? Please help to stop these gang of stealing. I locked at the bicycle shed, and it got cut the chain. If you find or see someone riding it or selling it please get in touch, I also reporting to police. There are many thieves in Reading, never ending my 3rd bicycle stolen. First one infront of my house, second at Reading Uni. All chained and cut, reported no luck...
