Good condition with its clips. About 15 metres. Fits inside essily inside your gutter and can optionally be fixed with the clips if in very exposed location. I did not find clips necessary. It has some water staining which you can see in the photo, due to a leaky ceiling, which could probably be washed out, or obviously it could be reupholstered or just have a blanket/throw put over it. The groundsheet is probably no longer waterproof, but the tent is otherwise in good condition. Includes an A-pole to use at the opening instead of the upright pole shown in the photo.
