Good condition with its clips. About 15 metres. Fits inside essily inside your gutter and can optionally be fixed with the clips if in very exposed location. I did not find clips necessary. It has some water staining which you can see in the photo, due to a leaky ceiling, which could probably be washed out, or obviously it could be reupholstered or just have a blanket/throw put over it. Please read this bit - I no longer live in Reading but can bring it to work in RG30, by arrangement, so you'll need to confirm a day and time to collect. Thanks.
