Solid hardwood garden dining set (Palmer Park RG1)
Large solid hardwood garden dining set from John Lewis, circa early 2000s. Includes heavy round table and matching folding armchairs. Constructed from dense seasoned tropical hardwood (originally sold as ‘seasoned hardwood’, believed possibly Guyana hardwood). Naturally weathered to an attractive silver-grey patina from age/exposure. Extremely sturdy and structurally sound, but cosmetically weathered as shown. Very heavy — collection will require two people/large vehicle.”

Office chair (Harmans Water RG12)
Mostly in good condition but there is a crack in the armrest and the height adjustment doesn't work properly. It will go up but then falls when sitting on it. I fixed this by adding a small piece of PVC pipe to hold it at the desired height. Chair also reclines and armrests and headrest are adjustable.

3 homemade floor length lined evening dresses, size 8-10 ish. Please note they are not neatly finished on the inside. Pale green dress, size 10 ish, still suitable for being worn as it is. But you could also repurpose the fabric. Dark grey dress, size 8, lovely fabric, but only suitable for alteration or repurposing fabric as design means it is currently very difficult to get on and off. Dark green dress, size 8 ish, bottom third of dress has bad marking to fabric which I'm not sure will come off, but the remaining fabric/zip could be repurposed. Collection from RG1 3LJ.
