Does anyone fancy having a go at fixing this? It's only six months old but the fan has stopped working. My son doesn't want to do anything about the guarantee and has bought another one. I suspect that the fan might have a bit too much grease on it? Such a horrible waste to take it to the tip 😔. I looked up about cleaning the fan but it's beyond my technical abilities. This house was made by the “landlady’s”grandpa. I hope the new owner will enjoy playing with it. It is fully furnished. The present landlady is now a teenager and her interests lie elsewhere. But a new, younger landlord or landlady may have tenants who are eager to move in. There is no stamp duty payable on transfer! In your message please tell me when you can collect the property, in Wells. Please note that I really would like this to go to home where it will be loved and played with.
