Sectional in the Fleetwood area (Near Fleetwood High School)
This sectional is still in very good shape with no tears and only minor staining on the seating which could come out with a good cleaning. Tan/light brown microfiber cloth which has held up very well. Recliners on both the left and right arm pieces. Dimensions: left side is 98” from corner to end of arm. Right side is 144” from corner to end of arm. The seats are 36 “ from front to back. All pieces but the wedge piece have detachable back cushions for easier transport although a truck will be needed. More than happy to help someone load it up! Available after April 5th. Flexible on pickup time.

wood patio table/chairs (old) (Tenleytown)
This table/4 chairs set is probably a decade at least old, and has been stained several times, including in the last year, so looks pretty decent. However at least one of the chairs is starting to feel weak and its back is starting to separate (see close up picture) (but hasn't separated yet - someone with basic wood skills could reinforce it). The screws could obviously be tightened but I am not sure how well that will work. The table has one part that is coming up (also pictured). Its a little rough looking (not smooth like when it was brand new), but should still be basically functional for a couple more years.

We are giving away a beautiful wood china cabinet made by Drexel Furniture. You can display your special china and glassware behind the glass doors and store your silverware and other treasures in the cabinet below. The china cabinet is in excellent condition. Whomever can use this lovely piece of furniture needs to be able to pick the cabinet up from our apartment and transport it to their home. Size is 64x17x78.

Two IKEA Dressers (Takoma Park)
Used IKEA dressers, one with four drawers, another with five (top is split into two separate drawers). Both items now have a defect. A horizontal bar that is not load bearing in the taller dresser broke when carrying it up the stairs. Can be glued back together. The smaller dresser is wobbly because movers broke the foot towards the back left. I set it on a folded washcloth to keep it level. From a home with cats.

It's a sleeper sofa with down cushions. Cushion covers washed recently but rest of sofa could use a cleaning. That's an extra mattress pad peeking out from under the seat cushions, they do lay flat. Some scuffing, no tears. Dimensions in the picture. Very heavy, bring help to move.

I have this 14' aluminum extension ladder that someone gave us when we moved in 30 years ago that has been in the shed and under the deck probably the whole time since I am afraid of heights I don't think I ever used it. It is long so you will have to have a way to transport it if you think you an use it. I will pick someone in a day or two for driveway pickup.
