Full Futon Frame - slight damage (Stanley Park Kitchener)
Good day to you This is a Full size steel Futon Frame only. Good quality. Likely 25 years old. After doing some tidying and lifting the futon cushion I noticed one of the seat bars is missing. I knew the bed brace had broken several years ago but not this other bar. We continued to use this as a couch and bed right up until last year without realizing it. We will need to do a timed pick up and I'll have one of my son's come to help me bring it to the garage prior to arrival. Timed pick up only. Suzanne in Stanley Park

Young Pine Tree (Stanley Park Kitchener)
This is a beautiful healthy tree that has naturalized in my front garden from seed. What was a small sprout of about 10" likely 5 years ago has in the past two years quickly become this tree! As I didn't offer it before this last growth spurt when it was only 3' high a trailer or truck is likely needed to transport it with the root ball wrapped in a tarp. I will be here to help with the digging to remove the root ball. It will be a bunch of work to carefully dig around and under to ensure it has the best chance of living after transplant.
