66.5 * 110 cm Folding sofa with two cushions, unfolding into single bed. Used but there is still life in it. On the third photo you can see the place where it is a little broken, but I guess it could be repaired. Otherwise, it is still can be used in folded state. We just want to re-arrange the space in the room and don't need it anymore. From smoke-free home.

This consists of 4 DVDs with various Zumba routines- one for Basics and 20 minute Express; Cardio; Sculpt & Tone; and Flat Abs. Complete with a guide booklet, which also gives some sample recipes to help lose weight plus 2 handweights to use in some of the routines. 1.4m high, it's pretty old but still solid. I would have kept it but I was given a new one at Christmas by a relative that didnt know we had one already. A coat of paint/wood protection would transform it. It will be off the the tip in a couple of weeks if not taken
