There are all sorts of little bits and pieces like hello kitty, monster high etc. My daughters are now older so anything that was popular around 10-12 years ago is what's here. I have in my loft a very nice, warm cream enamel 1950's sink and double drainer in excellent condition - tiny bit of rust under the cold water tap flange - otherwise mint - just needs a wipe down. Far too good for salvage or recycling - has decent resale value, but I just need to clear everything and want to see it reused.

42 inch Phillips TV (Brasted TN13)
Works. Could do with a new remote control as existing remote is tired. I switch it on and do volume etc using my Humax remote. Occasionally tv switches on with sound but no picture. This is easily remedied by turning tv off and on again either with remote or button on side of TV. This is not a new thing. Been doing it occaisonally for ages does affect viewing pleasure or picture once on. Has HDMI, Scart, and hifi cable sockets on back. Sounds great though as stand alone as good stereo speakers in each side of screen. It is not a smart tv but you can connect eg Google TV or Fire stick via HDMI to watch Amazon prime Netflix iplayer etc. this is what I do.
