2 x bench seats and table. One strip of wood on top is rotten through but rest is very solid and sturdy. Its quite heavy and will need 2 people to lift and a van for pick up. May be good for making garden beds the wood is comparable to railway sleepers. Pick up White Cross Bay LA23 1LF

Pair of Endura men’s cycling shorts, size Large. These have been worn, but are very hard wearing and have plenty of life left in them. Always worn with underwear (contrary to custom!) so seat pad is clean, and I’ve washed them twice since their last use. Can anybody use these before I put them in the bin? To be collected from Kendal, or I can deliver locally.

Folding ladder (Orton CA10)
Iron ladder which folds into 16 25cm sections, together with braces to hold them in position, and also two adjustable foot stabilisers for uneven ground. It is old and rusty, and very heavy! I mostly used it as in photo for a platform from which to trim a high hedge; but of course it has many other uses in more traditional ladder situations.
