sorry, forgot to take a pic before dismantling, but this is a SOLID wooden hat or clothes tree, with 4 pegs above, and solid base in shape of an oar (imagine oar "pad" at bottom, some weight, pics give you an idea, same color)...can put together in 5 mins (8 screws).
