This cordless phone with answering machine is in rough shape but still somewhat functional. Panasonic model KX-TC1871CB. Receiving calls works. Answering machine works. Keypad on the handset is worn-out and the keys often don't respond, which makes making a call from the handset or programming the functions difficult. Not helped by the fact that contrast on the display is almost nonexistent.

Hello friends, I have oodles of sunchokes for anyone who wants a native plant that is an enthusiastic grower. It's grows 10' high in south facing yards and 5-6' tall in shady ones. It produces many beautiful sunflower-like blooms in late summer right through to fall. They are in a green bin at the end of my driveway. Please bring your own pots or bags to take as many as you like. Yard waste collection is Monday. K.
