American Standard simple toilet in very good condition - 16 years old but works fine (replaced during a reno) - no chips, scratches, nor blemishes on the finish - standard size and shape (round bowl) and height (bowl height 15”) - lined (insulated) tank - lid is NOT soft-close - the tank is a bit stained from mineralization from well water but it doesn’t affect usage, nor the water colour in the bowl - for 12” rough-in (will work with 11-1/2”) - includes new, basic wax seal and original bolts (very good condition) - currently in a well-fitting box for protection during moving - box size: 30”L x 30”H x 20”W (the box just fit standing up in my 2020 Santa Fe) - packaged weight: approx 90 lbs - like this one at Home Depot: Cadet 4.8L Single Flush Round Front Standard Height 2-Piece toilet in White with Lined Tank
