You will need to bring two strong people to move this from a first story. We have loved this sofa but it was time for a change. There is some wear on arms but the arm covers are pristine as we never used them. Some light stains here and there but nothing jarring. We always used a couple throws to hide. Very heavy and sturdy construction, cushions are feather and foam and comfy soft canvas. Please provide suggested time and dates you can come, and I can confirm one that works. Dimensions are as follows: Depth: 39” Width: 82” Height (at highest point): 29” Arm height: 27”

Dewalt DW972 12V cordless drill and charger. Please note: Drill works perfectly, but the current 12V batteries are dead and won't charge. It's not compatible with Dewalt's newer (e.g., 20V) drill batteries. While 12V batteries can be still purchased, they aren't cheap and the set I bought a few years ago didn't last very long. Unless you already have 12V batteries or want this for parts, you are probably better off buying a new drill.
