Microfiber sectional w/Chair (Concord Ave/Broom Street)
Matching 2-piece living room set including a gray fabric sectional couch w/manual rocker chair for reclining. Faux leather. Dimensions: Sectional 90" L x 36" W, 110" L x 36" W, Rocker Chair: 44" L x 36" W. This set is approx 8 years old. The frames, cushions, and manual rocking mechanism are still sturdy and functional.PLEASE NOTE: The faux leather trim is flaking and worn (see photos). This would be perfect for a garage, basement, game room, or used with slipcovers/couch covers. Pickup only. You MUST bring a truck and your own help to lift and load it. Corn plant (Laurel)
Great plant for indoors and indirect light. This one is a cutting from last year and is very happy. He got sun exposure so his bottom leaves aren't as lush. But, if you treat him like a house plant, remember to water him and give him lots of indirect light, he will grow and flower for you. The parent plant gave me these blooms and they smell like jasmine. The pot is huge, approx 18in so that he won't get root bound. You will need a saucer since I poked a hole on the bottom of the pot for drainage. When he gets too big, just cut him in half and poke the other piece in dirt. Im in S. Laurel near 197 and 295. If interested then let me know what day/timeframe for porch pickup.

2 Yogibo bean bags. The grey one (I think it’s a Yogibo max) is slightly larger than the blue one. No stains (just shadows in pictures). Non smoking home. The covers both unzip for washing. The grey one’s tag is coming unstitched but not leaving holes. Just slightly darker color under the tag.

Black & decker zero emission lawn mower. The blade spins but the washer that makes it spin needs tightening. It still works and with that repair should be good to go. Plug in, not battery powered. First come first serve, crossposted.
