21 foot the hull is in good condition,the top is not good it can be turned back to original open boat for fishing ect. Engine is in it but it would be better putting an out board on it as engine is a crank start. No trailer needs to be taken as soon as as possible as we need the space.

Top soil which includes some grass but most of the area was covered so it is mainly top soil. Around 40 bags. Can help loading but you'll need a van or a trailer to take it away. Would really prefer all the soil being taken away in one setting.
