My mode workout system (Livingston, NJ)
It includes keg weights l, two weighted plates, a pole that screws together, 2 resistance bands, a puck, a cushion for the workouts. It costs 90 a month for the membership. I can give you the login. I stopped paying. I had paid 6,700 plus 500 shipping. It stopped after one year because it was membership for only one year. To be honest I thought the membership would be for three years. I found the workout to be too hard for me I could not do more than five minutes because I had medications I took which made it harder to work out. Tracy and her team focus on exhausting the smaller muscle groups I can give which are some of Tracy’s earlier workouts.
