For a small bedroom or office. It worked well but we replaced it with a new one. The knobs fall off frequenstly, but that is all that is wrong. It sends our cold air with no problem. Necoichi Cozy Cat Bowl Scratcher/Bed. Diameter 19 inches, height 4-3/4 inches. My cats used more for sleep than scratching. Scratcher is a two-sided insert. I've never had to flip it, so it's like new! Can also buy replacements.
