I've used this kind of jar for freezing cooked beans (just be sure to leave some space at the top!), storing bulk foods, and for fresh-ground peanut butter - reduce your plastic use! Individual with health issues and fixed income has had their window AC in their downtown permanent housing SRO go out and the units lack proper air flow. If any one has any working condition the aesthetics matter not just that it turns on and produces cool air. Needs a carpenters TLC. Dark Brown wood look queen bed head and foot board bed frame and matching night stand. Side panel that holds the bed broke (see photo), but I have the wood bar to reattach or use as templet. Bottom nightstand drawer has to be fixed as well. Phone charge that is attached works fine.
