Our Repair Cafés run on the second Sunday of every month, proudly hosted by the Sustainable South Canterbury Trust and supported by our incredible community volunteers.

These sessions are a hive of activity, with skilled sewing machinists, hand sewers, and clever fixers with tools helping to breathe new life into broken or worn-out items—all while keeping them out of landfill.

We’re always on the lookout for more talented volunteers to join the team. If you have a knack for fixing things or a passion for sustainability, we’d love to hear from you!

Got something in need of repair or wondering if it can be fixed? Get in touch - we’re happy to help.

In addition to repairers we are currently looking for a new host. You do not need to know how to repair - just have great communication skills and a passion for what we do. Contact us if you are interested.
