Anything that you can physically carry, such as electrical items, sewing machines, tables, chairs, bicycles for maintenance, mending and sewing, jewellery repairs and ceramics. The Upper Hutt Repair Café started in 2019 with four founding members. We now have five board members and two dedicated event co-ordinators all with a passion for sustainability, waste reduction and the idea of a circular economy.
